Following a light continental breakfast, we start the morning yoga class.
This runs for two and a half hours with suitable short breaks between the four main sections
Lunch is the main meal of the day and served in the upper-floor refectory adjacent to the roof terrace
After lunch we rest a while before the afternoon mindfulness class
The afternoon classes alternate between guided mindful walking and sitting-lying guided mindfulness
We will cover a series of topics including mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of body and mindfulness of thought/feeling/emotion and suggest ways in which you can practice mindfulness in your daily life
Walks are easy to moderate with some hill walking. The emphasis is on opening your senses to the totality of your walking experience rather working up a sweat. Walks are around an hour, sometimes longer with full-group consensus
A light supper precedes a night-cap in the town square before retiring at your leisure
Excact times vary according to the season and group-preference

Your place is secured on receipt of your deposit
Please settle the remaining balance before 30 days prior to the start date
All bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 30 days prior to the start date. Payments made will be refunded or carried forward minus a £50 admin charge per person
If you cancel later than 30 days before the start of the course we will refund any payments made except the non-refundable deposit (£100)
In the very unlikely event of a booking being cancelled by us, ALL payments, including deposits, will refunded in full
