We organize our courses into

However, we always work holistically, honouring the indivisible nature of mind and body

Assessment is on-going from arrival and throughout the week

Before the start of the course please complete our health screening form. On-line and print versions are available

We can help you complete the questionnaire on the phone

Health Assessment

Our small group size of six means you get on-going personal attention

Optional extras to complement your practice include

  • 1:1 yoga coaching
  • structural osteopathy
  • cranio-sacral osteopathy
  • medical acupuncture
  • other holistic body therapies

And to keep up your practice at the end of your week you'll get your own 15-20 minute home programme

Plus two weeks support via Skype or other suitable channel


ON ARRIVAL - after settling into your accommodation we meet for dinner and general orientation


DAYS 2 - 6

We start our day with a morning yoga class. This runs for two hours and includes

  • dynamic yoga flow warm-up
  • classic yoga postures incorporating breath-work and attention
  • guided relaxation and cool-down

Lunch is our main meal and served in the refectory adjacent to the roof terrace, where you can relax and let your food go down

All our meals are vegetarian with a vegan option


In the afternoon you'll practice the subtler energetic aspects of yoga, including

  • yoga breath-work
  • body-based minfulness meditation
  • guided deep relaxation

Holistic body-oriented thrapies are available durign your afternoon time-off as optional extras

These include

  • osteopathy
  • structural and bio-dynamic cranio-sacral work
  • medical acupuncture and dry-needling
  • trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release and holistic massage

Finally a light supper precedes a night-cap in the town square before retiring at your leisure


You'll get one afternoon off all activities

Morning yoga and lunch will be available as usual


DEPARTURE - after optional yoga self-practice we meet for full veggie brunch before moving on

Please settle the remaining balance before 30 days prior to the start date

All bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 30 days prior to the start date. Payments made will be refunded or carried forward minus a £50 admin charge per person

If you cancel later than 30 days before the start of the course we will refund any payments made except the non-refundable deposit (£100)

In the very unlikely event of a booking being cancelled by us, ALL payments, including deposits, will refunded in full
