But here in Trujillo there is the whole aspect of Spanish hospitality thrown in. The cooking is quirky and has influences from Mexico, North Africa and the far east – as well as Spanish of course.
The town is a delight to walk round and there are many lovely bars and cafes to share a bottle of wine, relax and talk therapy. Works a treat!!
