Securing Your Place
Your place is secured on receipt of your non-refundable deposit
On booking you’ll get a confirmation letter and invoice for the balance, including any discounts, acceptable payment methods and your accommodation booking, together with your hotel’s cancellation policy
Please settle the balance no later than 30 days prior to the start of your holiday
Ammendments
you can change your dates:
- up to 30 days prior to the start of your booked event for a €50 admin fee
- Changes made after this are subject to a €100 fee (equivalent to your non-refundable deposit)
We take into account your circumstances and may waiver all charges at our discretion
Cancellations
you can cancel your booking up to:
- 30 days prior to the start of your booked event for a €100 admin fee
- Changes made after this are subject to a €100 fee. In addition your hotel may charge you some of the cost of your stay, depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy
