A vegetarian diet answers a major premise in yoga philosophy: "ahimsa" = non-harming, and is the inspiration for this week's activities

We start our day with a 90 minute session of classic ha-tha yoga to bring ligthness and harmony to our mind and body

The practice incorporates movement, stretch, resistance and relaxation integrated with breath-work and attention

The yoga classes are suitable for all levels of ability, from absolute beginners to those more experienced in the art
