You'll start your day with an optional 90 minute session of classic ha-tha yoga to bring ligthness and harmony to your mind and body

The practice incorporates movement, stretch, resistance and relaxation integrated with breath-work and attention

The yoga classes are suitable for all levels of ability, whether you're an absolute beginner or more experienced in the art
