It was so good to visit Trujillo and see Manuel and Brandon again. This is far from a clinical experience. They are the warmest of hosts, and mercifully unjudgemental about our lack of yoga skills. Three good walks and more culinary adventures than we had ever anticipated. Weather patchy but it didn’t matter. We managed to bookend our week with easily navigated roads to some more beautiful towns too. Thank you.

In the delightful, historic setting of Trujillo, Manuel and Brandon offer a unique programme of yoga, walking and fine dining.
The very friendly atmosphere creates an oasis of calm and relaxation which feels SO good!
We were sad to leave after such a fun week in glorious weather.
We would not hesitate to recommend such a special way to spend a few days to any who may care to ask

The yoga classes, the utterly delicious meals (yes, I probably ate too much, very happily) your excellent company, wandering the streets of Trujillo, breakfasting in the square and enjoying the pool with the locals

I so enjoyed it and you both seemed so spontaneous and relaxed while managing to be perfectly organised!

Having taken both classes and yoga holidays in Trujillo with Manuel I believe you couldn’t do better. He has a true gift for healing, and both body and spirit feel so much better after each session

One of the key differences is that Manuel employs his deep understanding of the body to help you truly experience what yoga should feel like, rather than striving for advanced poses for the sake of it

It’s concentrated therapy in a class

Manuel and Brandon are so welcoming and, like them, their home is quirky, fun and restful in equal measure. The food is truly amazing – I’m not a vegetarian but if I could have them as my personal chefs I’d don’t think I’d even miss bacon sandwiches!

We got plenty of individual attention during the yoga sessions which I found very inspiring and therapeutic

Trujillo itself is a lovely place, and the late afternoon walks in the surrounding countryside were a delight. I fully intend to return for more of the same

I needed an intense time of study to develop my yoga practice, found Manuel’s web page, love Spain, so off to Trujillo I went

I can’t recommend him highly enough

I can not comment for a larger group but Manuel specialises in creating intimacy …

But here in Trujillo there is the whole aspect of Spanish hospitality thrown in. The cooking is quirky and has influences from Mexico, North Africa and the far east – as well as Spanish of course.

The town is a delight to walk round and there are many lovely bars and cafes to share a bottle of wine, relax and talk therapy. Works a treat!!

A week of Yoga and walking combined with Manuel and Brandon’s superb cooking and company was honestly a joy from start to finish

The detail and insight Manuel gives with the yoga opens up a completely new way of deepening one’s practice

The food was endlessly varied, covering countries, ingredients and home fermented feeds which added to both flavor and health. Three very memorable walks completed the experience

We had a wonderful and restorative time; everything was perfectly organised and and the yoga was superb. We took proper hikes in the countryside outside Trujillo each one unique in style and terrain

Special mention must go to the multitude of wonderful vegetarian feasts Brandon and Manuel prepared. We returned home feeling sleek and healthy not to mention a bit taller
